aerobis is made for athletes and active people. It was born out of the need to have an open and broadly available Training- and Sportplatform, that focuses on the athlete and that is not bound to a specific vendor or sport. To accomplish this, aerobis developed a series of software-modules.
Sportrouteplaner
The Sportrouteplaner shows the routes of all aerobis users across the globe on one map. No need for geographic searches, just browse the map and all relevant routes will be displayed. Our users do not need a GPS tracking device to create routes and can simply plot their routes directly on the map. Upload of GPS-tracks is supported too.
Recorded GPS-Tracks are uploaded via a simply interface and be published and shared with other community members just like hand-plottet routes.
All private Sportroutes are editable until they are published. All changes are made and persisted in realtime and directly shown to the user. That way even complicated hand-plottet routes are never lost, even if the connection is interrupted.
Sportlog
A Sportlog that leaves nothing to be desired. It shows how easy and powerfull a sport log can be. It works a lot like Outlook or Google Calendar and makes a detailed Recording of an athletes Training performance a breeze.
It even distinguishes between planed and actual training sessions. This is very important for future aerobis modules that allow you to connect your training to Coaches of your choice. The Sportlog can be easily extended to include new activities.
Every activity is individualy constructed and all possible calculations are made for the user during the actual exercise entry.
It is also possible to analyse simple as well as "complex" Sportparameters like "Shoes", "Bikes" or "Routes".
